About Conor Sutton Real Estate
Conor has been dedicated to serving his clients real estate needs since 2003. He has worked with real estate venture capitalist companies for acquisitions, financing and management as well as Buyers and Sellers looking for their next dream home. The business development and interpersonal skills Conor developed at these organizations sets him apart from other agents. His success is built on the relationships with his clients through a singular focus in serving their needs one transaction at a time. He works closely with each of his clients to develop and deliver the right Buyer/Seller strategy. Whether his clients are first time homebuyers, current homeowners, or seasoned investors; Conor works tirelessly to accommodate their needs and exceed their expectations. He is known for solving tough problems and leading teams to meet their objectives.
Conor is originally from Minnesota where he grew up playing ice hockey on the frozen ponds during winter. He is the oldest of seven children and has been in a leadership position since a very young age. His life experience has groomed him to be calm under pressure. He has a unique life skill to detach from the situation and see the bigger picture that may be clouded by emotion that develops during a transaction. He holds a USA Hockey Master Level 5 coaching certification from the USA Hockey umbrella in Colorado Springs – the same organization that produces the USA Olympic teams. Conor coached youth ice hockey in California for 11 years. Now he trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
A little bonus fact about Conor…He is also a licensed lender in California. His mother was a victim of a predatory loan during the crash of 2008. He decided to become a licensed real estate professional to help others avoid making the same mistakes. He cares about his client’s well-being and wants to see them win.
Conor works with the Zoolalian Group out of the Compass Santa Monica office. He is 5-Star rated on Google and has a growing following on YouTube with their flash-tour walk through videos.
